Melissa GoodWin

Melissa Goodwin is an innovation and growth strategist who’s spent 25+ years scaling products and ideas across sectors like healthcare, edtech, and B2B SaaS—from Fortune 100 Companies to startup ventures. Today, she’s the CEO of Magnetic Revenue Systems, a firm that’s rethinking how content, automation, and AI can drive real, measurable growth.

AI isn’t just a buzzword, it’s the backbone of everything they do at Magnetic. Melissa and her team use AI across every part of the business: from outbound messaging and financial analysis to creative production and talent sourcing. But she’s quick to note:

AI alone doesn’t fix growth problems—AI + human ingenuity does.

Before founding Magnetic, Melissa led national growth and innovation at a $48B healthcare network, launching 28 new products and building scalable systems that moved ideas from whiteboard to revenue. She’s also a Bush Fellow, a TEDx speaker, and the creator of two podcasts—The A/B Test and Spotlight Sioux Falls—where she and her host unpack what it really takes to build something that works.

She brings a rare blend of system thinking, creative strategy, and hands-on experimentation: whether she’s advising startups, supporting enterprise transformation, or helping marketers rethink their go-to-market moves in an AI-driven world.

Hope Kemp-Hanson

Hope Kemp-Hanson has spent her career at the intersection of sport, storytelling, and culture with women's soccer at the center of it all. A former player turned creative strategist, she's worked within some of the most exciting and influential spaces in sports from Angel City FC, San Diego Wave FC, and Bay FC in their inaugural seasons to driving cultural-shifting campaigns with NJ/NY Gotham FC, Seattle Reign, and the NWSLPA.

Her work has powered milestone moments like the viral Ali Krieger Fan Club tees, the first ever WNBA x NWSL collaboration Pass Her the Torch, and the Some Said Never, We Said Now campaign around the NWSL's historic CBA, proving how story can shift culture.

For Hope, marketing has never been about noise, it’s about meaning. From global giants like Adidas and The North Face to grassroots growth like Speedy Turtles FC, she knows how to translate sport into cultural relevance, creating campaigns that don't just grab attention, but earn emotional investment. Her work shows that sport's true power lives off the pitch, in the stories, communities, and cultures it inspires.
